Hrithik Roshan Upset with Alimony Rumours

Not too long ago, news of Sussanne Roshan, estranged wife of actor Hrithik Roshan, demanding Rs 400 crore as alimony amount was doing the rounds.

However the actor is visibly upset and disillusioned using the speculation and has tweeted about the same expressing his astonishment within the hullabaloo.

Hrithik and Sussanne were one of the most happening couples within the Tinsel Town until they announced their separation in December this past year. The couple subsequently filed for divorce in April this season, thereby putting all speculations of the possible reunion to rest.

Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne tied the knot on December 20, 2000 and therefore are parents to Hrehaan and Hridaan.

Both have gracefully parted ways and seem to possess no animosity towards each other. After making their separation public this past year, Hrithik Roshan took to his Facebook page to write. “This is my greatest tribute to like. Sussanne is and always will be the love of my life for the rest of my life.”

He added, “If her smiles are brighter without me, my love for her must accomplish that. Unconditional.”
Susaanne too issued an argument that read: “We are two those who respect and care for each other and also have made our own individual choices.”

“We are parents to 2 wonderful kids and our responsibility remains to safeguard and take care of them. Nothing can change that. "Thank you for your warmth and concern for both of us and the family,” Sussanne said.

Beyonce Alters Lyrics Of Song To Imply That Jay Z Cheated

Beyonce Alters Lyrics Of Song To Imply That Jay Z Cheated
Beyonce Alters Lyrics Of Song To Imply That Jay Z Cheated
Pop superstar Beyonce changed some of the lyrics to her 2006 track "Resentment" during her concert in Ohio over the weekend, prompting speculation over whether or not husband Jay-Z has always been faithful.

The song, taken from her "B'Day" album, is about a woman who is cheated on by a partner, and the lyrical tweaks she brought to the song Saturday night appear to line up with her relationship with her husband, who she's been with for 12 years.

"Been ridin' with you for twelve years," she sang during the Cincinatti stop on the couple's joint "On The Run" tour, substituting 12 for the original lyric of six years. "Why did I deserve to be treated this way by you?"
She even wore a wedding dress to perform the song.

Recent rumors have been circling that Jay-Z cheated on Beyonce with Casey Cohen, a hostess at New York City nightclub 1Oak who starred on the Bravo reality show "Princesses of Long Island."

Adding more fuel to the fire, Beyonce altered the line "like I couldn't do it for you like your mistress could," changing it to , "like I couldn't do it for you like that whack b***h could."

That rumor began swirling around the time of this year's Met Gala in early May, when Jay and Beyonce's sister Solange got into a huge blowout in an elevator, leading some to wonder whether or not the fight was over the cheating allegations.

A further sign that there's trouble in paradise is that Beyonce was spotted with a pink scar on her finger where she had the Roman Numerals "IV" inked, a symbol of the couple's wedding date (April 4) and their birthdays (she was born September 4 and he was born December 4).

It appears that she's been having it removed.

'American Idol' Judges, Ryan Seacrest will Return

"American Idol" Season 14 will look a lot like last season -- at least in terms of the judges and the host.

Fox has announced that the entire Season 13 crew will return. That means host Ryan Seacrest and judges Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr. will all be back witnessing some of the best, and worst, of America's singers.

"I am thrilled our consummate host, Mr. Ryan Seacrest, is returning for Season 14, together with Jennifer, Harry and Keith," "Idol" creator and executive producer Simon Fuller said. "Their interaction, warmth and experience made them an absolute joy to watch. I can't wait to see their evolution together continue next season."

The reality singing competition has had some upheaval at the judges table over the past few years as it's struggled with faltering ratings and the lack of any competitors who have reached the heights in the music industry of former winners Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood.

Lopez initially joined the show in Season 10, but left following Season 11. Season 12 was rife with rumors of a feud between then judges Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj. Urban joined the tv show that season, replacing rocker Steven Tyler.

Ryan Seacrest is the only member that has been with "Idol" since it premiered in 2002.

Horace Silver Dies at 85

One of the most highly regarded pianists and composers in jazz, Horace Silver, has died aged 85 in the US.

He was one of the pioneers of a rhythmic jazz style known as hard bop.

Silver began his career as a tenor saxophonist in clubs in Connecticut. But after he moved to New York in the 1950s, he switched to piano and began performing at the Blue Note Jazz Club.

Many of his compositions became jazz standards, including Sister Sadie, The Preacher and Filthy McNasty.

His family came from Cape Verde, and Silver was influenced by the folk music from the Portuguese-speaking islands off of Africa.

Stanley Clarke, bass player, tweets: "I enjoyed so much the time that I spent with Horace Silver.... He was the greatest bandleader.... On to higher places Horace!!!!!!!"

Presenter Jez Nelson of BBC Radio 3's Jazz on 3 tweets: "RIP Horace Silver. A sweet man and a great writer. One of my first ever jazz interviews. 1984? Backstage at Ronnie's"

"He was not only prolific, he was a unique composer," said Phil Pastras, editor of Silver's 2006 book, Let's Get to the Nitty Gritty, told the Chicago Tribune. "Even an ordinary 12-bar blues in his hands turned into something magical."

One of his earliest musical influence was his father, who played multiple instruments, including the violin, guitar and mandolin.

His first album is regarded as a milestone in the development of hard bop - a style Silver continued to explore during his 25-year relationship with Blue Note records.

"Silver's piano style - terse, imaginative, and utterly funky - became a model for subsequent mainstream pianists to emulate."

Horace Silver also performed with many jazz greats such as Lester Young, Miles Davis and Art Blakey.

His piano style has been described as "involving sharply defined, bluesy right hand phrasing, over a grumbling left-hand bass unlike the style of any other player".
